A tender opportunity is currently available for a single point contractor to undertake works to convert a partly constructed hotel building into a high quality office development.
The project will consist of extending a single story steel structure, associated internal works, external works including car park finishing and connection to utilities. The works will also include creating a brick skin to the existing three story structure. Full details of the package can be found in the attached document and all contractors should base pricing on the attached specs.
Tender responses
All interested parties should submit proposals with full pricing details and details of similar projects undertaken by the company to wayne@initialgroup.co.uk responses should be received by COP (17:00) 10th Jan 2025.
Tenders will be assessed on best price and past experience.
